A – PERSPECTIVE

 1. This school prepare students for secondary and higher secondary examinations of S.S.C. and H.S.C. Karachi Boards. It caters only science of secondary level and Pre-engineering and Pre – Medical for higher secondary level. It has co – education upto primary level. Segregation of boys and girls starts from class VI to XII. 

 2. Admission Procedure: 
Students are registered for admission upto 31st March. Registration forms are available at the account branch of the school.


2.1 Admission tests are conducted during the 1st week of April. Students seeking admissions shall have to qualify the written test and an interview (students and parents) before the admission committee. Admissions are offered strictly on the merit and on the results of the entry test and interviews.

3.0            Registration of School:

Rules / regulations have been devised and a uniform policy has been formed for every child. These rules are strictly followed. This enables the management to achieve its goals of education. Decisions made by the school management in all matters will be treated as final and exclusive and shall be binding upon all children equally.

5.0    ASSEMBLY: 

Assembly is one of the most important tradition for Muslims, therefore, the morning bell will ring up at 07:40 a.m, in summer and 07:45 a.m, in winter, five minutes earlier, so that, with in a period of 10 minutes the children can gather at assembly area.

Every child when coming from home, should go directly to his class room, where he will put off his school bag and will be taken in a row / que by the class monitors to the assembly area. The class teachers will accompany with his / her class que and school prefects will maintain the discipline for the assembly and as well as during race’s time.

6.0      UNFORMS, TEXT BOOKS AND NOTE BOOKS:

Prescribed uniforms, text books and note books are available at school’s canteen. Parents are requested to purchase uniforms and other educational utilities from the canteen.

7.0   FEES

School fees and other dues have to be paid directly to fee counter of the accounts office, positively by the 10th of every month of English Calendar. Late payers are allowed with a fine of Rs.5/- per day upto 25th and so on. If any child fails to pay his dues (fees etc.) for continuous two months his / her name will be struck off from the school roll. Re-admission will not be guaranteed subject to the availability of the seats. On re-admission, admission fee will again be charged alongwith outstanding dues including fines etc.

8.0  WITHDRAWL OF PUPIL (S):

Intended withdrawl of a student from the school has to be notified in writing only by the mother / father of the child. For a check the mother / father should attach his / her photo copy of NADRA’s I.D Card. In case no copy of I.D Card is attached the application of withdrawl will not be considered valid. The Transfer Certificate will be made ready and will be delivered after the one week, alongwith advance payment of Rs 100/- as the T.C. fee. 

9.0  STUDENTS ABSENT FROM CLASSES:

 The name of such students will be struck off from the school, if he/she remains absent continuously 30 days, without any genuine reason. If a student is absent owing to illness, a note from the father/mother, to be sent to the school, on the same day. Information’s communicated on telephone and application sending through messengers will not be entertained.

10.0          DISCIPLINE/CONDUCT:

For maintaining the discipline at the campus, a discipline committee comprising of senior teachers has been made.  In case of a massive misconduct, the committee collects evidence and   made recommendations. The recommendations made by the committee are implemented without delay and arguments. However, a continuous vigilance is kept on pupils, which detail as under. 

(a).       Irregular attendance, habitual disobedience, immoral behavior   and disorderly conduct, will drag the child to wards dismissal.

(b)        Using pan supari and or any other un-hygienic eatibilities prohibited and when found the child will be awarded punishment.

(c)        The school will not responsible for the articles student lost or mislaid or for any mishap occurred during school hours. Students should look after themselves and their belongings.

(d)        Students should not bring costly articles in the school and they should not have much cash in their bags.

(e)        When parents feel or doctor prescribe that their wards are suffering with epidemic /infectious diseases, they should not be sent to school. As and when they become physically fit, the child should be sent to school with a medical fitness certificate    from R M P.      

11.0          TESTS AND EXAMINATIONS:

Monthly tests are the discretion of the subject teachers, which they conduct of and on. However, the academic calendar of the school has been divided into three terms and the term wise weight age given to the studies covered is given as under:

Note:   Please see the calendar of events, as annexure (A).         

For the students of the class IX, X, XI, and XII, it is mandatory to appear in the pre-boards examination and is an essential pre-requisite to qualify the same. In case of failure, there admit cards issued by the Boards are stopped. The attendance of classes IX, X, XI, and XII, throughout the year, should in conformity of the Boards requirements, which is above 75%.  Those who will show less than75% attendance their enrolment form will be withheld. 

Over all, those students who miss tests and pre-Board exams will not be examined later on

 Passing marks in all subjects should be 40% with an aggregate of 45%.Less than 45% aggregate will not be promoted in any next class.

13.0          PARENTS, TEACHERS, MEETINGS:

After the declaration of the results of first and second terms, there will be a parent’s teacher meeting in the school.  The date and time will be announced, when it feels deem fit.

14.0          PROGRESS REPORTS:

Progress reports are sent to parents for perusal, after every terminal exam. The report should be duly signed by the father or the mother, has to be returned back to the class teacher concerned, with in two days. Late submitted reports will be considered negligency   and overlooking on the part of the parents. Any action initiated by the school management will be justified and hence later on any claim/argument raised by the parents will not be accepted.

Parents are advised not to contact teacher or visit classrooms during school hours. Meeting with the teacher could be arranged by the Principal on request.

15.0          ENERAL INFORMATION:

No relatives /servants will be permitted during school hours specially bringing lunch boxes or any other eatability. Bringing chewing gum, spicy chips and supari and other allied things are strictly prohibited. Any student found using of such things will be censured and a strict action   will be taken against him.
